Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All print orders are NOT eligible for returns or refunds except in the case of damaged items.

 

Damaged Items. Damaged items must be reported within 30 days of the order date to qualify for a full replacement. Contact me at chingonastudios@gmail.com to initiate the process. To expedite the process please take some photos of the outer packaging, and damaged prints/products.
