Meet the owner !

Hello ! I'm Chingona Studios and I am a Chicana artist based in Los Angeles. Why Chingona Studios ? Well the word "Chingona" growing up was used in a negative way but nowadays it is used to empower and compliment someone. This is my way of turning the meaning of the word around in a positive connotation. As for studios, it describes my style of art which is all over the place. When I got my degree in Studio Art, I did art history, ceramics, sculpture, painting, drawing, photography, printmaking, 2D Art,3D art, and recently Digital art on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I like to create cute stuff but also cultural art as well as street art. My style and degree go hand in hand, thus, creating Chingona Studios.
